How it works

• We process and print every piece in Thunder Bay, Ontario, using Canada Post rates calculated via our site at checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Rates & Zones

• Canada‑wide shipping: Domestic Canada Post services are applied automatically at checkout. 

• Free local pickup & delivery: If you’re in Thunder Bay you can skip the shipping fee—choose “Local Pickup or Delivery” at checkout.

• Weight & size limits: Canada Post allows parcels up to 30 kg for domestic shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is marked as shipped:

• Local Thunder Bay area: 1‑3 business days

• Rest of Canada: Typically 2‑7 business days (depending on service & destination)

• International orders (if applicable): Transit times vary; duties and taxes may apply
